What we can fix remotely:

What we cannot fix remotely:

 

Hardware failure. If we find a hardware problem, we will provide detailed advice on how to repair and a rough guide to cost (based on our pricing).

 

What you need to do:

 

Our scanning and repair software will require device restarts and as such you will need to be present during the repair because we will need your action at times. You will be able to see what we are doing and once the connection is closed, we will not be able to reconnect without your permission.

 

We ask that you are directly contactable by telephone or mobile as we will need to talk to you during this process.

 

The data stored on your device is your responsibility. We strongly advise that this is backed up before connection is made, the engineer will talk to you about this should you have any doubt.

 

We will always supply you with logs explaining our action. These logs will also be copied to the engineers pc so that he can assess them locally. The logs contain no personal data but do provide reference to the procedure.
